Description
: This
class is designed for people with some prior
dance experience but not necessarily modern, and not necessarily
recently.
Attire
: Recommended
apparel includes fitted work-out pants, fitted t-shirts, tank tops,
leggings, bike shorts, etc. Leotards and tights are not required.
Class will be taught barefoot, but students may opt to wear jazz
shoes or other soft-soled shoe.

Description: This
class is designed for students with little or no formal
dance training. This is also a good class for students
who have previous
training but have not danced in years. Class is low impact
and body friendly.
Attire : Leggings,
bike shorts, leotards, tights, fitted sweat pants and
fitted t-shirts or tank tops recommended. Students may
dance barefoot or wear socks,
jazz shoes or other soft-soled shoe. Ballet
shoes not particularly recommended. Buying new shoes
specifically for class also not recommended.

two previous ballet and/or modern dance classes as an adult.
Also, ideal for students with ballet but no modern training
or
vice versa.

fitted t-shirts or tank tops recommended. Students may dance barefoot
or wear socks, jazz shoes or other soft-soled shoe. Ballet
shoes not particularly recommended. Buying new shoes specifically for class
also not recommended.
